What we include

  • We do one site visit, to learn the space, then we put together a mood board, and together we’ll pick all the items we’ll need for the party.

  • We deliver everything to your venue (fees apply outside of the Fraser Valley).

    Do a complete set up of the event, as well as full take down. We do not offer cleaning of the venue.

  • Each package comes with everything you need to host your event including

    Tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tableware, utensils (a full table setting). Lighting, table decor (excluding florals), One bar set up, one lounge set up, and one photo backdrop set up.

  • This includes helping you find any additional vendors, help with licensing, insurance, etc.

  • We work with a local supplier, as well as gardens from our farm to create almost anything you can dream up.

  • Having worked with some amazing catering companies, we can connect you with the best options for your event. As well as supply things such as bar servers, waiters, etc.

  • Each package comes with everything you need to host your event, plus one bar, lounge and photo back drop. However if you want to add additional items to your package, we can make that happen.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • There is no limit to the type of events we can put together, anything from a wedding, baby shower, celebration of life, and even corporate events and parties.

  • During your consultation we’re going to go through all your ideas and put a plan together. We have a wide variety of inventory, that is forever growing.

  • While we do have a private event space on our farm we’re only able to offer it a few dates per year. However we work with many venues throughout the Fraser Valley.

  • Our base packages include enough to host 8-80 people. The package doesn’t change based on how many guests you have, unless you go over 80, in which case we would up your package.

  • We do, and have worked with many companies to host Christmas parties, events for staff and customers.

  • Unfortunately no, we only offer our inventory to be rented in addition to an event package.
